If you think I was somehow making a crack at internet-boom risktakers, you're dead wrong. I even work for a 2 guys < 25 yrs old + 4 powerpoint slides => 4 M$ in funding-company...

I wonder if there is a "risk-index" defined as:

Investment / (Credibility(ApplicantExperience) * PowerPointSlideCount)

The Credibility function is also a bit of a question mark. Perhaps it's a bit "more injective" than it was in 1999? And perhaps isn't defined any longer for ApplicantExperience
