Doc Searls freudian slip in "cute font" shocker

Doc Searls must be unaware of the ban comic sans campaign.
Also, note the delightful freudian slip from a recent blog conference.

I didn't use Comic Sans. The font was Marker Felt, which is an Apple font, and just as politically incorrect, I suppose.

If my Thinkpad had a Power Adapter that worked in Europe, I might have done the talk in Open Office on Linux, with some open source font. But alas.

Is this a case of "nobody gets Scandinavian tongue in cheek" ?
Politically correct doesn't enter into it. It's just that people who think so think that the cuteness of "freehand" fonts kills the message they're trying to convey.

Help the campaign to stomp out Warnock's Dilemma. Post a comment.
