Was Rushkoff missing from Reboot?

It seems Douglas Rushkoff's latest book is about bootstrapping and small as the new big.

Just because we are the damn coolest tech conference around, it unfortunatly doesn't mean we can get just anyone to come. ;)
Rushkoff was indeed on the shortlist and will be so for reboot8, too.

Homeboy Rushkoff was stuck in New York with a new small beautiful child - but promises to be back next year.
